A collection of essential oil applications created by Boyd Truman, based on approximately 27 years of practical knowledge of and experience with pure, therapeutic-grade essential oils. Each of the 21 applications were designed to address a specific body system and/or area of the body.

The AromaTouch Technique was developed to maximize the benefits of essential oils. This technique combines my desire to help people with my love for doTERRA Essential Oils. While there are many ways we can enjoy essential oils, nothing creates a wonderful, immersive experience like the Aroma Touch Technique.
Indian Head Massage
Oil is massaged into the scalp and pulled through the hair which improves the circulation to the scalp. The upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face are also worked on.

My journey to become a doTERRA Wellness Advocate began in September 2022. At that time, I was struggling with anxiety issues and was hesitant to return to anti-depressants, seeking an alternative solution. Although I had used various essential oils over the years, I had never encountered doTERRA until I started the oil trial and wow, they are so different!
I was absolutely amazed by the difference between the oils I had previously used and the doTERRA oils. Within just 10 minutes of inhaling the oils during the trial, I could feel myself becoming calmer. As I incorporated more oils into my daily routine, my well-being improved significantly. I have even managed to remove all chemicals from my household, replacing them with natural alternatives, many of which were made using doTERRA essential oils.
Now, I find myself in a remarkable position: I feel better than I have ever felt in my life. As I am in my late 60s, this transformation is truly extraordinary and something I never expected.
As a doTERRA Wellness Advocate, I am passionate about spreading the word about the wonders of doTERRA oils. I firmly believe that the benefits of using essential oils can enhance all our lives and we all have the power to make that difference ourselves, which is reflected in my business name and tagline!
