Terms and Conditions

General

By becoming or being a client at Healthy Lifestyle for Me your agreement with these terms and conditions is implied. These terms and conditions may be updated at our discretion without prior notice. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms and conditions, a written copy of which is available on request.

Booking

You may book appointments with us in person, telephone, WhatsApp or online. Advanced bookings may be refused to any client who has missed appointments without giving at least 24 hours’ notice.

Deposit Policy

Retainer for Appointments

•    A non-refundable deposit of £10 will be required to secure your booking.

•    This deposit will be deducted from the final cost of your service.

•    Until the deposit is received, your appointment is NOT confirmed.

Holistic Treatments

Punctuality

Arriving late may affect your treatment time, all appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed.

Treatment Suitability

Your therapist is not obliged to treat you if they deem treatment it is not appropriate for any reason. Prior to any treatment, your therapist will assess your suitability for treatment.  If deemed unsuitable Healthy Lifestyle for Me will inform you as to the reasons why, if you have already paid in full you will be refunded the paid amount. In some cases, we can recommend an alternative treatment.  If the alternative is less in price we will refund the difference .

Treatment Times

Timings of the treatments may include consultation and dressing time.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

I kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cost of the original price, as this time is unlikely to be rebooked. If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred to a new booking within 30 days otherwise your deposit will be forfeit.

No-Shows

•    If you fail to attend your appointment without giving notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and future bookings will require a new deposit.

Courses & Workshops

·    Courses and workshops must be paid in full at the time of booking.  If you cancel your booking with more than 21 days in advance, you will receive a full refund.

·    Courses and workshops cancelled within 14 days of the commencement of the course or workshop will attract a 50% refund.

·    Courses and workshops cancelled within 7 days of the commencement of the course or workshop will receive no refund.

Admission to Events

·    Any Admission fees paid will be refunded if cancelled up to 7 days prior to the event.

·    Any admission fees paid will be forfeit if cancelled within 7 days of the event.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available for all treatments and towards any courses or workshops and are non-refundable.  They are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.   Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. 

Prices for all Healthy Lifestyle Products and events are subject to change without notice
